The Business In Development (B.I.D.) Academy opened its inaugural Tarrant County cohort with strong curriculum and no single place to hold it. Materials lived across slides, files, and handouts. Every session started by re-explaining where things were.

A program with strong content and no digital home.
On the record · the inaugural B.I.D. Academy cohort, the build that became DigiiHub.
DigiiHub started as an idea: one digital home where a whole program lives in one place. The inaugural cohort became the field test. Chronicle House built the hub that held the curriculum, the group, and the session record side by side, and ran it live.
A working hub with member access, a curriculum index, and a per-session record. 40+ participants across 9 sessions used one link to find everything. New material updated in one place.
The idea proved out in live use. The hub the cohort ran on became DigiiHub, the practice's institutional product. The receipt and the origin in one.

A solo operator who needs a tool built for how they work.
Off-the-shelf tools force the operator to translate every move into someone else's model. Friction lives in every step.
Sit inside the workflow for a week. Identify the three moves the operator makes most. Build the smallest interface that makes those moves direct.
A single-purpose tool that holds the operator's vocabulary. No setup, no settings tour. It opens on the work.
The operator stops translating. The tool feels like an extension of practice rather than a tax on it.
